چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی درصد کلونیزاسیون و جمعیت اسپور قارچ های میکوریز آربوسکولار در ریشه های گیاهان مختلف ، همچنین بررسی اثر اقلیم و برخی از خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک بر این دو فاکتور در نه منطقه از شهرستان رفسنجان صورت گرفت. نمونه برداری از منطقه ی ریزوسفر گیاهان مختلف و به شکل تصادفی انجام شد. اسپورهای AMF از خاک نمونه ها با استفاده از روش الک مرطوب جداسازی و شمارش شدند. پس از رنگ آمیزی ریشه ها میزان کلونیزاسیون ریشه اندازه گیری شد. خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی نمونه های خاک شامل اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، کربن آلی، میزان فسفر قابل جذب، میزان بور قابل جذب، میزان سیلت، شن و رس محاسبه شدند. میانگین درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه گیاهان مختلف با این قارچ ها از7/17 درصد در حومه غربی تا 3/83 درصد در راویز و میانگین جمعیت اسپوردر ده گرم از نمونه های خاک بین6/5 عدد در حومه غربی تا 2/139 در داوران متغیر بود. بین تعداد اسپور و درصد کلونیزاسیون همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری در سطح 01/0وجود داشت. میزان شن و کربن آلی خاک همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری در سطح 01/0 با درصد کلونیزاسیون و تعداد اسپور داشتند و پارامترهای اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، میزان فسفر قابل جذب، میزان بور قابل جذب، میزان سیلت و رس، همبستگی منفی و معنی داری در سطح 01/0 با فاکتورهای مذکور نشان دادند. علاوه بر اینها نتایج نشان داد، درصد کلونیزاسیون و جمعیت اسپور AMF در هر منطقه به نوع میزبان و نوع اقلیم منطقه نیز ارتباط دارند.
