واکنش‌تابعی زنبورهای Trissolcus agriope و Psix saccharicola (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) روی تخم‌های سرمادیده‌ی سن سبز پسته Acrosternum arabicum (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae)

چکیده

ذخیره‎سازی در دمای پایین برای در دسترس بودن میزبان در زمان‎های مختلف، یک روش ارزشمند برای افزایش تولید انبوه دشمنان طبیعی برای برنامه‏های کنترل بیولوژیک می‏باشد. زنبورهای پارازیتویید تخم، Trissolcus agriope و Psix saccharicola از خانواده سلیونیده از جمله عوامل زیستی مؤثر علیه آفت مهم سن سبز پسته Acrosternum arabicum . می‎باشند. در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر ذخیره‌سازی تخم میزبان در دمای 1 ± 4 درجه سلسیوس بر واکنش تابعی زنبورهای پارازیتویید T. agriope و P. saccharicola و در تراکم های مختلف (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 50، 65، 80 و 95) و در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک، واکنش تابعی نوع سوم را برای زنبور T. agriope روی هر دو تیمار تخم‎های تازه و سرمادیده و نوع سوم را برای زنبور P. saccharicola روی تیمار تخم‌های تازه و نوع دوم واکنش تابعی را روی تیمار تخم‌های سرمادیده نشان داد. تیمار‌های استفاده شده تغییری در نوع واکنش تابعی در T. agriope نداشته‌اند، اما در P. saccharicola باعث تغییر نوع واکنش تابعی از نوع سوم به نوع دوم پاسخ شدند، اگر چه زمان دستیابی در هر دو گونه زنبور پارازیتویئد در تیمار تخم‌های سرما دیده نسبت به تیمار تخم‌های تازه افزایش داشته‌ است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، به نظر می‌رسد ذخیره‌سازی تخم میزبان در سرما می‌تواند روش ارزشمندی برای استفاده در برنامه‌های پرورش انبوه T. agriope باشد. هرچند این روش ممکن است تاثیرات منفی روی عملکرد زنبورهای پارازیتویید از جمله P. saccharicola داشته باشد.
