اثر جفت‌گیری و سن افراد ماده بر ویژگی‌های تولیدمثلی Psix saccharicola (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) پارازیتویید تخم سن‌های‌ سبز پسته

چکیده

زنبورهای ریزجثه‌ی پارازیتویید تخم که جایگاه مهمی در کنترل زیستی آفات دارند، در اکوسیستمی پویا به کاوش تخم‌های کوچک میزبان می‌پردازند. با توجه به محدودیت طول عمر، دسترسی به میزبان در زمان کوتاه یک اصل مهم در موفقیت تولیدمثلی محسوب می‌گردد. طول عمر و ویژگی‌های تولیدمثلی زنبور پارازیتویید تخمPsix saccharicola (Mani) (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) در گروه‌های سنی 1، 9، 18، 27 و 36 روز و در دو وضعیت فیزیولوژیک جفت‌گیری نموده و باکره با پرورش روی تخم‎های سن سبز یکدست پسته، Acrosternum arabicun (Hem.:Pentatomidae) تعیین شد. افزایش سن زنبور ماده باعث کاهش تدریجی بارآوری شد، ولی جفت‌گیری بر طول عمر ماده‎ها اثر قابل توجهی نداشت. جفت‌گیری افراد ماده منجر به تحریک اندام‌های تولیدمثلی و افزایش تولید نتاج در طولانی‌ مدت شده است. بقای کل نتاج و نسبت جنسی نتاج همراه با افزایش سن مادران، کاهش یافت. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، دسترسی بهینه به میزبان برای P. saccharicola، قبل از 27 روزگی پیشنهاد می‌شود. بنابراین، برای افزایش کارایی عامل کنترل بیولوژیک، توجه به سن پارازیتوییدهای ماده به منظور پرورش و رهاسازی انبوه و همچنین تعیین دوره‌های رهاسازی تلقیحی، اهمیت زیادی دارد.
