Biocontrol potential of endophytic Penicillium spp. against strawberry anthracnose

چکیده

بیماری آنتراکنوز توت فرنگی به وسیله‌ی قارچ Colletotrichum nymphaeae ایجاد و یکی از مهمترین بیماریهای توت-فرنگی در استان کردستان است که خسارت قابل توجهی به این محصول وارد می‌کند. در این تحقیق تاثیر قارچ‌های اندوفیت جدا شده از ساقه و طوقه توت فرنگی روی این بیماری بررسی شد. جدایه‌های تاثیرگذار روی بیماری انتخاب و بر اساس روش‌های ریخت شناسی و مولکولی بررسی و سرانجام دو گونه Penicillium hordei و Penicillium polonicum شناسایی شدند. تاثیرات ضد قارچی هر دوگونه در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با استفاده از روش‌های کشت متقابل، تولید ترکیبات فرار و غیر فرار و شرایط گلخانه روی بیماری بررسی شد. هر دو گونه با تولید ترکیبات فرار توانستند رشد پرگنه قارچ را به میزان 05/34 تا 36/42 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش دهند. علاوه بر این دو گونه P. hordei و P. polonicum شدت بیماری آنتراکنوز توت فرنگی را به میزان 9/58 و 4/61 درصد بترتیب کاهش دادند. بنابر این، نتایج آزمایشگاهی و گلخانه‌ای نشان داد که هر دو گونه قارچ قادر هستند که این بیماری را تا حد قابل توجهی کاهش دهند و این امکان وجود دارد که گونه‌های جنس Penicillium بتوانند مدیریت بیماری آنتراکنوز توت فرنگی را فراهم کنند. بر اساس مطالعات صورت گرفته این اولین گزارش از تاثیر گونه های مربوط به Penicillium روی بیماری آنتراکنوز توت فرنگی است و لذا تحقیقات تکمیلی برای این مهم ضروری است.
