مقایسۀ جمعیت‏ نگاری سن شکارگر Nesidiocoris tenuis با تغذیه از تخم ‏های بید آرد Ephestia kuehniella و بید گوجه‏ فرنگی Tuta absoluta

چکیده

سن شکارگرNesidiocoris tenuis در کنترل بید گوجه‏فرنگی Tuta absoluta و ‏سفیدبالک گلخانهTrialeurodes vaporariorum در گلخانه‏های گوجه‏فرنگی نقش موثری دارد. پراسنجه‏های رشدی سن در شرایط آزمایشگاهی روی برگچه‏های گوجه‏فرنگی با تغذیه از تخم‏های بید آرد و بید گوجه‏فرنگی مقایسه شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها به روش جدول ‏زندگی دو جنسی سن- مرحلۀ زیستی، انجام شد. میانگین طول دوره‏های پیش از بلوغ سن شکارگر در تغذیه از تخم‏های یادشده به‏ترتیب 23/0±15/24‏ و 47/0±58/29‏ روز به‏دست آمد. طول عمر حشرات بالغ ماده و نر به‏ترتیب 9/58±3/46 و 17/4±64/42 روز (با تغذیه از تخم‏ بید آرد) و 72/0 ± 39/47 و 73/0 ± 62/43 روز (با تغذیه از تخم بید گوجه‏فرنگی) محاسبه شد. میانگین زادآوری حشره با تغذیه از تخم‏های مذکور به‏ترتیب 91/14 ± 08/79 و 53/3 ± 66 تخم بود. پراسنجه‏های جمعیت پایدار به‏ترتیب با تغذیه از طعمه‏های یاد شده برای نرخ سرشتی افزایش (r) 009/0 ± 078/0 و 006/0 ± 084/0 بر روز، نرخ کرانمند افزایش (λ) 001/0 ± 082/1 و 006/0 ± 087/1 بر روز، نرخ سرۀ زادآوری (R0) 55/5 ± 88/17 و 46/4 ± 42/22 نتاج بر فرد، نرخ ناسرۀ زادآوری (GRR) 91/17 ± 41/66 و 62/6 ± 85/56 نتاج بر فرد و میانگین زمان یک نسل (T) 04/1 ± 1/36 و70/0 ± 24/37 روز به‏دست آمد که اختلاف معنی‏داری را نشان نداد. در یک نتیجه‌گیری عملی به‌ویژه برای محیط‌های گلخانه‌ای، می‏توان سن شکارگر N. tenuis را روی تخم‏های بید آرد تولید انبوه کرد و سپس علیه بید گوجه‏فرنگی بکار گرفت، بدون این که نگران کاهش ویژگی‌های زیستی شکارگر باشیم.
