در مجموع ۱۰۲ جدایه قارچی به‌دست آمد که بر اساس خصوصیات ریختشناسی در شش گونه Alternaria alternata، A. dumosa، A. tenuissima، A. mimicula، A. tomaticolaوCladosporium cladosporiodes قرار گرفتند.
