بررسی برخی ویژگی‌های زیستی و تغذیه‌ای زنبور پارازیتویید Eretmocerus delhiensis Mani روی سفیدبالک گلخانه Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood

چکیده

سفیدبالک گلخانه (Hem., Aleyrodidae) Trialeurodes vaporariorum آفتی همه‌جازی، پلی‌فاژ و کلیدی است که به دامنه وسیعی از محصولات حمله می‌کند. در این پژوهش، پارامترهای زیستی و تغذیه‌ای زنبور پارازیتویید Eretmocerus delhiensis Mani (Hym., Aphelinidae) روی سفیدبالک گلخانه در تغذیه‌ از گیاه گوجه فرنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آزمایش‌ها در شرایط کنترل‌شده، دمای 1±25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و دوره نوری 16:8 ساعت (روشنایی: تاریکی) در اتاقک رشد انجام شد. بر اساس این تحقیق، نتاج زنبور پارازیتویید همگی ماده بود و جنس نر مشاهده نشد. طول دوره پیش از بلوغ، دوره پیش از تخمریزی، دوره تخمریزی، دوره پس از تخمریزی، دوره بلوغ و طول عمر زنبور پارازیتویید به ترتیب؛ 32/0±03/15، 06/0±46/0، 12/0±2/4، 08/0±04/1، 13/0±71/5 و 5/0±74/20 روز براورد شد. همچنین سایر پارامترهای زیستی مثل میانگین تخمریزی روزانه، تخمریزی کل، میزان تغذیه روزانه از میزبان و میزان تغذیه کل به ترتیب؛ 11/0±04/3، 72/0±43/17 تخم و 05/0±07/1 و 35/0±14/6 پوره محاسبه گردید. نتایج تجزیه رگرسیونی نشان داد که تغذیه از میزبان تاثیر معنی­داری بر میزان تخمریزی این پارازیتویید دارد. نتایج دلالت بر این دارد که زنبور پارازیتویید E. delhiensis علاوه بر پارازیتیسم قادر است بخشی از جمعیت میزبان را از طریق تغذیه از بین ببرد. بنابراین، به­عنوان یک عامل کنترل بیولوژیک بالقوه می‌تواند در مدیریت آفت سفیدبالک گلخانه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
