کارایی و شکارگری کفشدوزک Oenopia conglobata contaminata (Menetries) با تغذیه از شتة سبز هلو Myzus persicae (Sulzer) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

چکیده

شتة سبز هلو Myzus persicae (Hem:Aphididae) یکی از شته‌های چند میزبانه است که بیش از چهارصد گونه از چهل خانوادة گیاهی را آلوده می‌کند. کفشدوزک Oenopia conglobata contaminata (Col: Coccinellidae) یکی از شکارگرهای مهم آفات در باغ‌های ایران است. در این پژوهش کارایی و شکارگری این کفشدوزک با تغذیه از شتة سبز هلو در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با دمای 2±25 درجة سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±55 و دورة نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی بررسی شد. تأثیر تراکم میزبان بر میزان زادآوری این کفشدوزک برای یک دورة 21 روزه بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که 40 عدد میزبان کمترین تراکمی است که این کفشدوزک می‌تواند به رشد، زاد و ولد و بقای خود ادامه دهد. نوع واکنش‌تابعی به‌ کمک رگرسیون لجستیک و پارامترهای قدرت جست‌وجو با استفاده از رگرسیون غیر‌خطی، تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که واکنش تابعی حشرات مادة کفشدوزک به تراکم‌های مختلف پوره‌های سن سة شتة نوع دوم بود و قدرت جست‌و‌جو و زمان دست‌یابی به‌ترتیب 00819/0±063/0 بر ساعت و 0290/0±1425/0 ساعت به‌دست آمد. نرخ شکارگری لارو سن چهار حشرات نر و حشرات ماده به‌ترتیب 22/45، 65/29 و 70/50 به‌دست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که این کفشدوزک احتمالاً می‌تواند گزینة مناسبی برای مهار زیستی شتة سبز هلو در برنامة مدیریت تلفیقی آفات درختان هلو باشد.
