Formulation Development of Some Fluorescent Pseudomonads for Controlling of Meloidogyne incognita on Pistachio

چکیده

باکتری های محرک رشد گیاه (PGPR) نقش بالقوه‌ای در کنترل نماتد گره ریشه دارند. هدف از این تحقیق، استفاده از ریزوباکترها برای جایگزینی با مواد شیمیایی به منظور کاهش این مشکل در درختان پسته است. در پی مطالعات قبل، برخی از سویه‌ها با توانایی بالا برای محدود کردن فعالیت‌های Melodyogyne incognita انتخاب گردید. سه فرمولاسیون مختلف با استفاده از سبوس گندم، پودرسیب و پودر تالک به عنوان حامل و شش استرین منحصر به فرد از P. fluorescens و یک ترکیبی از دو استرین Vupf506 + Vupf52 تست شد. این فرمولاسیون‌ها برای کنترل M. incognita در نهال‌های پسته تحت شرایط گلخانه‌ای آزمایش شده اند. تیمارهای مبتنی بر سبوس گندم در کاهش بیماری به ترتیب 32.7 تا 88.9 درصد مؤثر بودند. باکتری‌ها در فرمولاسیون‌های مبتنی بر سبوس گندم و تالک مدت زمان بیشتری قادر بودند زنده بمانند. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که حامل آلی ممکن است به نحو مؤثرتری به منظور افزایش ثبات و کارآمدی میکروارگانیسم‌ها در کنترل بیماری ریشه‌گرهی پسته مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
