1-1 بررسی اثر نانوصفحات گرافن اکسید بر عملکرد آفت‏کش زیستی Bacillus thuringiensis

چکیده

حشره‏کش‏های زیستی مبتنی بر باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) مهم‌ترین و پرکاربردترین عوامل کنترل زیستی حشرات آفت در جهان هستند. یکی از مهترین عواملی که باعث غیرفعال شدن باکتری Bt در طبیعت می شود، اشعه فرابنفش است. حفظ مقاومت باکتری در برابر شرایط محیطی باعث افزایش گسترده از این باکتری به عنوان عامل کنترل آفات می‌شود. هدف از اجرای تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر حفاظتی نانوصفحات گرافن اکسید بر زنده‌مانی اسپورهای باکتری جدایه KD-2 در مقابل اشعه فرابنفش بود. در این راستا، زیست سنجی فرمولاسیون‏های نانو و غیرنانو روی لارو سن دو Ephestia kuehniella انجام شد. زنده‌مانی اسپورها در فرمولاسیون نانو و فرمولاسیون اسپور آزاد بعد از 120 ساعت قرار گرفتن در معرض اشعه فرابنفش A به ترتیب 36/0±43/28 % و 69/0± 29/19% به دست آمد. درصد مرگ لارو سن دو E. kuehniella تیمار شده با فرمولاسیون نانو و فرمولاسیون غیر نانو اشعه دیده پس از 10 روز 88/2±35% و 05/3±22% حاصل شد. لذا نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که نانوصفحات گرافن اکسید می‏تواند به عنوان محافظ اشعه فرابنفش A در فرمولاسیون‌های باکتری Bt استفاده شوند.
