تأثیر برخی عامل‌های زیست‌بوم شناختی بر همزیستی قارچ‌‌ریشه‌های آربوسکولار با سیب‌زمینی در استان آذربایجان غربی

چکیده

قارچ‌ریشه‌های (میکوریز) آربوسکولار به دلیل اثرات بسیار سودمندی که در رشد و نمو گیاهان و افزایش مقاومت آن‌ها به شرایط نامساعد دارند، موردتوجه بسیاری از محققان در نظام کشاورزی پایدار هستند. عامل‌های مختلف زنده و غیرزنده می‌تواند توسعه ارتباط قارچ‌ریشه‌ایی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. به‌منظور بررسی برخی عامل‌های مؤثر بر همزیستی قارچ‌های میکوریز آربوسکولار با گیاه سیب‌زمینی، نمونه‌برداری از کشتزارهای استان آذربایجان غربی در شهریور 1391 انجام شد.  اطلاعاتی مانند رقم سیب‌زمینی، عملکرد، تناوب زراعی و برنامة کودی برای هر نمونه گردآوری شد. بررسی‌های آزمایشگاهی شامل درصد استقرار یا کلنیزاسیون ریشه با قارچ‌ریشه‌های آربوسکولار، آلودگی ریشه با درون‌رست (اندوفیت)‌های دیواره تیره، جمعیت اسپور، EC، pH و بافت خاک روی 31 نمونه خاک و ریشه انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد بین درصد استقرار قارچ‌ریشه‌ها و جمعیت اسپوری خاک با عملکرد سیب‌زمینی ارتباط مستقیم وجود دارد. به‌طورکلی نظام تک‌کشتی و تناوب با گیاهان میزبان مناسب قارچ‌ریشه به‌ویژه خانواده لگومینوز باعث بهبود استقرار قارچ‌ریشه‌هایی شد. همچنین پیشینة کشت، نوع کوددهی و ریزموجودات (میکروارگانیسم‌های) خاک، کلنیزاسیون قارچ‌ریشه‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار دادند.
