ارزیابی اثر بیوپرایمینگ بذر بر کنترل زیستی بیماری لکه برگی گوجه فرنگی و فاکتورهای رشدی گیاه
بیماری لکهبرگی باکتریایی گوجهفرنگی ناشی از باکتری Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae یکی از عوامل مشکلساز مهم برای تولید این محصول در گلخانه و مزرعه است. در این مطالعه، تاثیر سویههایی از ریزوباکتریهای پروبیوتیک بر شاخصهای بذر، فاکتورهای رشدی گیاه و کنترل بیولوژیک عامل بیماری لکه برگی سیرینگایی گوجهفرنگی در آزمایشگاه و گلخانه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. باکتریهای بیماریزا و پروبیوتیک از مزارع گوجهفرنگی استان آذربایجانغربی جداسازی شدند. شناسایی ریزوباکتریهای مفید با استفاده از روشهای فنوتیپی و مولکولی انجام شد. توانایی 21 سویه ریزوباکتری منتخب از گونههای Bacillus subtilis و Pseudomonas fluorescens در تولید متابولیتهای ثانویه با استفاده از روشهای نقطهگذاری سوسپانسیون فیلتر شده و قرار دادن باکتری پروبیوتیک در چاهک ارزیابی شد. همچنین سویهها از نظر تولید آنزیمهای لیپاز، پروتئاز و پروتئاز قلیایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سویههای ریزوباکتری در هر دو روش موجب کاهش رشد باکتری بیماریزا در آزمایشگاه شدند و آنزیمهای هیدرولیتیک توسط کلیه سویهها تولید شدند. برخی از سویههای باکتری موجب افزایش درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی بذرهای گوجهفرنگی شدند. در گلخانه، سویههای منتخب باعث افزایش فاکتورهای رشدی گیاه گوجهفرنگی شدند. بیشترین تاثیر در مورد سویههای Pf23 و Bs11 دیده شد. باکتریهای پروبیوتیک موجب کاهش بیماری بین 25 و 25/81 درصد نسبت به شاهد شدند. در گلخانه سویه Bs11 با 25/81% و سویههایBs6 و Pf23 با 50/61% کاهش بیماری نسبت به شاهد، بیشترین تاثیر را در کاهش لکههای ایجاد شده روی برگ نشان دادند. سویههای Bs11 و Pf23 به عنوان سویههای برتر این مطالعه در تاثیر روی فاکتورهای رشدی گیاه و کاهش بیماری لکهبرگی سیرینگایی گوجهفرنگی انتخاب شدند.

مقایسۀ جمعیت نگاری سن شکارگر Nesidiocoris tenuis با تغذیه از تخم های بید آرد Ephestia kuehniella و بید گوجه فرنگی Tuta absoluta
سن شکارگرNesidiocoris tenuis در کنترل بید گوجهفرنگی Tuta absoluta و سفیدبالک گلخانهTrialeurodes vaporariorum در گلخانههای گوجهفرنگی نقش موثری دارد. پراسنجههای رشدی سن در شرایط آزمایشگاهی روی برگچههای گوجهفرنگی با تغذیه از تخمهای بید آرد و بید گوجهفرنگی مقایسه شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به روش جدول زندگی دو جنسی سن- مرحلۀ زیستی، انجام شد. میانگین طول دورههای پیش از بلوغ سن شکارگر در تغذیه از تخمهای یادشده بهترتیب 23/0±15/24 و 47/0±58/29 روز بهدست آمد. طول عمر حشرات بالغ ماده و نر بهترتیب 9/58±3/46 و 17/4±64/42 روز (با تغذیه از تخم بید آرد) و 72/0 ± 39/47 و 73/0 ± 62/43 روز (با تغذیه از تخم بید گوجهفرنگی) محاسبه شد. میانگین زادآوری حشره با تغذیه از تخمهای مذکور بهترتیب 91/14 ± 08/79 و 53/3 ± 66 تخم بود. پراسنجههای جمعیت پایدار بهترتیب با تغذیه از طعمههای یاد شده برای نرخ سرشتی افزایش (r) 009/0 ± 078/0 و 006/0 ± 084/0 بر روز، نرخ کرانمند افزایش (λ) 001/0 ± 082/1 و 006/0 ± 087/1 بر روز، نرخ سرۀ زادآوری (R0) 55/5 ± 88/17 و 46/4 ± 42/22 نتاج بر فرد، نرخ ناسرۀ زادآوری (GRR) 91/17 ± 41/66 و 62/6 ± 85/56 نتاج بر فرد و میانگین زمان یک نسل (T) 04/1 ± 1/36 و70/0 ± 24/37 روز بهدست آمد که اختلاف معنیداری را نشان نداد. در یک نتیجهگیری عملی بهویژه برای محیطهای گلخانهای، میتوان سن شکارگر N. tenuis را روی تخمهای بید آرد تولید انبوه کرد و سپس علیه بید گوجهفرنگی بکار گرفت، بدون این که نگران کاهش ویژگیهای زیستی شکارگر باشیم.

ارزیابی اثر ضد باکتریایی عصارههای گیاهی علیه باکتری Erwinia amylovora و نقش آنها در اِلقای مقاومت در گلابی
در پژوهش حاضر اثرات ضد باکتریایی عصاره اتانولی هفت گیاه دارویی اَفسنطین، بابونه، زیره سبز، بادرنجبویه، آنغوزه، عرعر و اُکالیپتوس علیه باکتری Erwinia amylovora مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آزمون بیماریزایی جدایهها بر روی میوه نارس گلابی رقم اسپادونا انجام شد و بیماریزاترین جدایه جهت ادامه آزمایشها انتخاب گردید. حساسیت جدایه منتخب به دو ترکیب مسی و پنج آنتیبیوتیک سنجیده شد. اثر ضد باکتریایی عصارهها در سه غلظت مختلف با استفاده از روش انتشار دیسک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت بررسی اثر همافزایی با ترکیبات مسی از عصارهی گیاه بادرنجبویه که دارای بیشترین اثر ضد باکتریایی بود استفاده شد. همچنین نقش عصاره گیاه بادرنجبویه در القای مقاومت، بر روی نهال گلابی رقم اسپادونا بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد عصاره بادرنجبویه با میانگین قطر هاله بازدارنده 66/15 میلیمتر دارای بیشترین اثر ضد باکتریایی بر روی جدایه GA3 بود. عصاره گیاهان بابونه و عرعر در تمامی غلظتهای بکار برده شده فاقد اثر کُشندگی بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان از عدم تاثیر همافزایی عصاره بادرنجبویه و ترکیبات مسی مورد آزمایش داشت. نتایج اثرات القای مقاومت در گیاه توسط عصاره باردنجبویه مثبت ارزیابی شد. بررسی آنزیم آنتیاُکسیدانتی گایاکول پراکسیداز در هفت زمان مورد بررسی بیانگر افزایش سطح این آنزیم در 24 ساعات اولیه نسبت به شاهد و تیمار باکتری بود. نتایج این تحقیق میتواند راهکارهای جدیدی را در تحقیقات آینده به منظور کنترل بیماری آتشک درختان میوه دانه دار، از طریق استفاده از مواد موثره گیاهان دارویی ارایه دهد.

کنترل بیولوژیک قارچ Mycogone perniciosa عامل بیماری حبابتر قارچ خوراکی با استفاده از چند گونه مخمر در شرایط آزمایشگاه و گلخانه
در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر گونههای مخمر S. cervisiae، R. mucilaginosa، P. jadini و P. fermentans در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بر روی قارچ مایکوگون و بیماری حباب تر بررسی گردید. برای این منظور مکانیسمهای آنتاگونیستی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با سه روش کشت متقابل، ترکیبات فرار و غیر فرار برای بیمارگر و میزبان بطور جداگانه انجام شد. در آزمون کشت متقابل هر چهار مخمر توانایی محدود کردن و رقابت با بیمارگر را داشتند ولی مخمرهای S. cervisiae، P. jadini و P. fermentans که کمترین شاخص انتخابی را نسبت به شاهد داشتند موثرترین مخمرها در کنترل بیماری حباب تر بودند. ترکیبات فرار هر چهار مخمر باعث کنترل بیمارگر شد و تمام آنها کمترین شاخص انتخابی را نسبت به شاهد داشتند و در کنترل بیماری حباب تر موثر بودند. تأثیر ترکیبات غیر فرار مخمرهای P. fermantans، P. jadini و R. mucilaginosa جهت بازدارندگی از رشد بیمارگر در انتهای آزمایش بیشتر بود ولی با لحاظ تمام نوبتهای آماربرداری هر چهار مخمر کمترین شاخص انتخابی را نسبت به شاهد داشتند. در شرایط گلخانه نیز تأثیر گونه های مخمر بر کنترل بیماری با بررسی وزن تر کلاهک انجام شد. در شرایط گلخانه مشخص شد بیشترین وزن تر و تعداد قارچ در برداشت اول و دوم مربوط به تیمارهای بدون بیمارگر بود. همچنین در تیمارهای آلوده تأثیر مخمرهای S. cervisiae و P. jadinii در حفظ وزن تر و تعداد قارچ برداشت اول و دوم بیشتر از بقیه بود. در مجموع استفاده از دو گونه مخمر S. cervisiae و P. jadinii جهت مدیریت بیماری پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی اثر برخی باکتریهای پروبیوتیک گیاهی جدا شده از مناطق شور و خشک در کنترل Phytophthora drechsleri عامل بیماری گموز پسته در شرایط آزمایشگاه
در این مطالعه اثر برخی از باکتریهای پروبیوتیک گیاهی جداسازی شده از مناطق شور و خشک در کنترل قارچ عامل بیماری گموز پسته و خصوصیات محرک رشدی (PGPR) بررسی شد.200 جدایه باکتریایی از ناحیه ریزوسفر و غیرریزوسفر درختان پسته و علفهای هرز حاشیه باغات استان کرمان جداسازی شد. تعدا 30 جدایه توانستند حداکثر سطح شوری استفاده شده را تحمل کنند. جدایههای منتخب در آزمون القای واکنش فوق حساسیت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند،. سه جدایه به دلیل مثبت بودن در این آزمون کنار گذاشته شدند و بفیه جدایهها به عنوان عوامل آنتاگونیست بالقوه مورد مطالعه بیشتر قرار گرفتند. در مرحله اول قابلیت بیوکنترلی این جدایهها در مقابل قارچ عامل بیماری گموز پسته Phytophthora drechsleri مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور آزمون ایجاد هاله بازدارنده (آنتی بیوز) به کار گرفته شد. در این آزمون جدایههای آنتاگونیست اثر معنیداری در مهار رشد قارچ، P. drechsleri از خود نشان دادند. توانایی جدایهها در تولید برخی متابولیتهای بیوکنترلی از جمله تولید پروتئاز، ترکیبات فرار ضد قارچی و تولید سیانید هیدروژن ارزیابی شد. همچنین خصوصیات محرک رشدی این جدایهها از جمله میزان تولید سیدروفور، تولید اندول و توان حل کنندگی فسفاتهای معدنی نیز اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد از 27 جدایه انتخاب شده برای تعیین صفات محرک رشدی، 80 درصد حداقل دارای یکی از صفات PGPR بودند. 64 درصد از جدایهها مولد سیدروفور، 80 درصد مولد IAA، 45 درصد دارای توانایی حل فسفاتهای نامحلول بودند. جدایههای (C16, F47, G11) به عنوان جدایههای برتر این مطالعه در شرایط آزمایشگاهی در کنترل بیماری موفق بودند.

اثر Bacillus methylotrophicus در کنترل Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melonis و بیان برخی ژنهای دفاعی خربزه
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر Bacillus methylotrophicus در کنترل قارچ Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melonis و بیان برخی ژنهای دفاعی خربزه انجام شد. این آزمایش به دو روش آغشتهسازی خاک باB. methylotrophicus و آغشتهسازی بذر با آن در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. همچنین بیان ژنهای (GAL2) galactinol synthase 2،β-1,3- glucanas 2 (βGlu2) ، (CAT) catalase و (Chi) chitinase با تکنیک Real-time PCR ارزیابی شد. گیاهان تیمار شده با B. methylotrophicus از نظر شدت بیماری اختلاف معنیداری با شاهد داشتند. شدت بیماری در روش آغشتهسازی خاک با B. methylotrophicus نسبت به روش آغشتهسازی بذر به-طور معنیداری کمتر بود. میزان بیان ژنهایGAL2 ، βGlu2، CAT و Chi بهطور معنیداری توسطB. methylotrophicus افزایش یافت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که B. methylotrophicus در کنترل بیماری پژمردگی ناشی از قارچF. o. f.sp. melonis و افزایش بیان ژنهای دفاعی در گیاه خربزه موثر است. همچنین نتایج ما پیشنهاد میکند که B. methylotrophicus احتمالاً از طریق القا ژنهای دفاعی باعث افزایش مقاومت خربزه در مقابلF. o. f.sp. melonis میشود.

تأثیر بیان ژن aiiA بر تحرک و آنزیمهای بیماریزایی باکتری Pectobacterium carotovorum عامل پوسیدگی نرم باکتریایی
حدنصاب احساس (Quorum sensing) یک مکانیسم تنظیمکننده است که توسط Pectobacterium carotovorum برای تنظیم بیان ژنها و تولید فاکتورهای بیماریزایی استفاده میشود. در سالهای اخیر باکتریهای مختلفی از خاک جداسازی شدهاند که میتوانند مولکولهای پیامرسان باکتریها بهویژه اسیل هموسرین لاکتون (AHL) را تجزیه و در حدنصاب احساس باکتریها اختلال ایجاد کنند. در این پژوهش اثر ژن مولد آنزیم لاکتوناز (aiiA) از باکتریهای Bacillus sp. DMS133 و Bacillus sp. A24 روی تحرک و تولید آنزیمهای بیماریزایی باکتری P. carotovorum EMPCC مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیتهای حرکت سطحی(Swimming)، شناگری (Swarming) و خزیدن در عمق (Twitching) در پکتوباکتریومهای موتانت و دارای ژن aiiA (جدایههایEMPCC/aiiA1 و EMPCC/aiiA2) نسبت به باکتری تیپ وحشی (جدایه EMPCC) به شدت کاهش پیدا کرد. در آزمون اندازهگیری آنزیمهای بیماریزایی نیز حضور AHL لاکتوناز در باکتری موتانت باعث کاهش چشمگیر مقدار آنزیمهای پکتیناز، سلولاز و پروتئاز شد. بهطوریکه میانگین تولید این آنزیمها نسبت به باکتری فاقد ژن aiiA تا بیش از بیست برابر کاهش نشان داد. تحرک و تولید آنزیمهای تجزیهکننده دیواره سلولی گیاه از فاکتورهای مهم بیماریزایی پکتوباکتریومها هستند. حضور ژن aiiA لاکتوناز در این باکتری باعث تجزیه شدن مولکولهای پیامرسان و در نتیجه اختلال در فعالیتهای وابسته به QS بهویژه فاکتورهای بیماریزایی در P. carotovorum شده است.

تغییرات فصلی زنجرک مو، Arboridia kermanshah، و درصد پارازیتیسم تخم آن روی نه رقم مو در اصفهان
زنجرک مو (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae) Arboridia kermanshah Dlabola یکی از مهمترین آفت مو از نظر اقتصادی در اصفهان است. در این پژوهش، تغییرات فصلی آفت روی نه رقم شامل یاقوتیسفید، ریشبابا، عسکری، خلیلی، رطبی، سیاه، کشمشیسفید ، کشمشیقرمز و یاقوتیسیاه در طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در قالب کرتهای خرد شده ارزیابی شد. بیشترین تراکم حشرات کامل و پوره زنجرک مو در اواخر ماههای ادیبهشت و خرداد مشاهده شد. در دهه اول تیرماه میزان تخمریزی به بیشترین میزان خود رسید. افزایش پارازیتیسم و سردی هوا در اواخر فصل منجر به کاهش تراکم جمعیت آفت گردید و در نهایت درصد آسیب آفت به کمترین مقدار خود رسید. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که تغییرات فصلی جمعیت حشرات کامل، پورهها و درصد آسیب زنجرک مو بین ارقام مو اختلاف معنی-داری دارد. به نحوی که بیشترین تعداد پوره و حشره کامل و بیشترین درصد آسیب روی رقم یاقوتیسفید مشاهده شد. همچنین ارقام یاقوتیسیاه، کشمشیقرمز وکشمشیسفید با حداقل جمعیت خسارتزا جزو ارقام با درصد آسیب پایین زنجرک بودند. با توجه به تفاوت مشاهده در تراکم جمعیت و آسیب حاصله از زنجرک مو بین ارقام مو، انتخاب مناسب رقم میتواند در مدیریت تلفیقی آفت بکار گرفته شود

کاربرد ریزوباکترهای پروبیوتیک جهت کنترل زیستی ویروس موزاییک توتون در میزبان گوجهفرنگی
ویروس موزاییک توتون (TMV) ازجمله ویروسهایی است که تولید محصول گوجهفرنگی را در مزرعه و گلخانه، بهشدت کاهش میدهد. مطالعه و تحقیق حاضر جهت تعیین ترکیب مناسبی از رایزوباکترهای پروبیوتیک بهمنظور کاهش شدت بیماری ناشی از ویروس موزاییک توتون در میزبان گوجهفرنگی در شرایط گلخانه صورت گرفت. از سه جدایهی باکتری شامل Pseudomonas putida، Pseudomonas fluorescens و Bacillus subtilis پس از اثبات خاصیت عدم آنتاگونیستی با یکدیگر، استفاده شد. غلظت 108 واحد تشکیلدهنده کلنی بر میلیلیتر از سوسپانسیون باکتریها به فراریشهی گیاهچههای گوجهفرنگی اضافه شد. گیاهچهها بهطور مکانیکی با TMV مایهزنی و به مدت شش هفته جهت ظهور علائم نگهداری شدند. دادههای شدت علائم بیماری، غلظت ویروس در گیاهان آلوده و شاخصهای رشدی گیاهان مایهزنی شده ثبت و مورد تجزیهوتحلیل آماری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در تیمار ترکیب سه باکتری P. putida، P. fluorescens و B. subtilis شدت علائم و تجمع TMV در گیاهان گوجهفرنگی در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها، کاهش معنیداری دارد. در مقابل، شاخصهای رشدی گیاه با کاربرد این ترکیب باکتریایی، افزایش معنی-داری را در مقایسه با سایرین نشان داد. این نتایج نشان داد که ترکیبی از ریزوباکترهای پروبیوتیک دارای اثر همافزایی بوده و میتواند موجب کاهش غلظت ویروس و افزایش مؤلفههای رشدی گیاه میزبان گردد.

اثرات غلظت های زیرکشندگی قارچ بیمارگر حشرات Metarhizium anisopliae روی فراسنجه های تولیدمثلی Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)
در این مطالعه اثرات زیرکشندگی قارچ (Metschn.) Sorokin Metarhizium anisopliae، جدایه DEMI001، روی فراسنجههای تولیدمثلی نتاج(Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) Tuta absoluta ، در شرایط آزمایشگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لارو سن سوم مینوز گوجهفرنگی با غلظتهای (103×29/1) LC10 ، ( 103×39/6) LC20 و (104×03/2) LC30 قارچ M. anisopliae، به روش غوطه وری زیستسنجی شد. طول دورههای تخمریزی و میزان زادآوری در والدین و نتاج، روزانه تا زمان مرگ ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش غلظت قارچ طول عمر حشرات کامل (نر و ماده) و طول دورههای تخمریزی در تمام تیمارها نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. کمترین مقدار نرخ خالص زادآوری (19/0±75/31 تخم) و نرخ خالص باروری (16/03±0/26 تخم) در غلظت LC30 به دست آمد. میانگین سنی تفریخ در شاهد و غلظتهای LC10، LC20 و LC30 به ترتیب 27، 54/23، 50/21 و 23روز بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تیمار لاروهای مینوز گوجهفرنگی با غلظتهای زیرکشندهی قارچ M. anisopliae فراسنجههای تولیدمثلی آفت را در نتاج تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد و میتوان از آن در قالب مدیریت تلفیقی علیه T. absoluta استفاده کرد.

بررسی میزان تغذیه کفشدوزک Cryptolaemus montrouzieri از تخمهای بالشتک معمولی و شپشک آردآلود مرکبات و طول دوره لاروی آن
کفشدوزک Cryptolaemus montrouzieri یکی از مهمترین شکارگرهای شپشکها است که در سنین مختلف لاروی و حشره بالغ از تخمهای بالشتک معمولی، Pulvinaria aurantii و شپشک آردآلود مرکبات، Planococcus citri در شمال ایران تغذیه میکند. در این تحقیق، میزان تغذیه مراحل سنی کفشدوزک شامل لاروهای سن یک، دو، سه، چهار و حشره بالغ (نر و ماده) در دماهای 20، 25، 30 و 35 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±80 درصد و دوره نوری D8L:16ساعت، از تخمهای آفات مذکور شمارش شد، همچنین طول دوره مراحل مختلف لاروی محاسبه گردید. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد که اختلاف معنیداری بین میزان تغذیه مراحل سنی مختلف و در دماهای متفاوت وجود دارد. بیشترین میزان تغذیه از تخمهای بالشتک معمولی و شپشک آردآلود مربوط به حشره ماده کفشدوزک به ترتیب (22/503 ± 4/5762 (و (79/313 ±17/2222) بود. در بین دماها، بیشترین تغذیه از بالشتک معمولی در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس و از شپشک آردآلود در دمای 25 درجه به ترتیب (19/240 ± 33/3696 (و (26/139 ± 06/1265) مشاهده شد. کوتاهترین طول دوره لاروی در دمای 25 درجه مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان تغذیه کفشدوزک از تخمهای آفات مذکور بالاست و میتواند به منظور کنترل بیولوژیک جمعیت آفت در باغات، استفاده شود

واکنش تابعی حشرات کامل کفشدوزک Oenopia conglobata (L.) نسبت به تراکمهای مختلف شته Schizaphis graminum (Rondani)
در این تحقیق واکنش تابعی حشرات کامل کفشدوزک شکارگر Oenopia conglobata (L.) (Col.: Coccinellidae) نسبت به تراکم های مختلف (10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 40 و 50) پورههای سن چهارم شته سبز گندم، Schizaphis graminum (Rondani)، در اتاقک رشد (دمای 1±25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی) روی گندم مطالعه شد. تعداد طعمه های شکار شده توسط شکارگر در هر یک از تراکم ها پس از 24 ساعت ثبت شد و نوع واکنش تابعی به وسیله رگرسیون لجستیک و پارامترهای قدرت جستجوگری (a) و زمان دستیابی (Th) با استفاده از مدل راجرز تعیین شد. واکنش تابعی حشرات کامل این کفشدوزک نسبت به تراکم های مختلف پوره های شته سبز گندم ازنوع دوم بود. پارامترهای قدرت جستجوگری (a) و زمان دستیابی (Th) برای این شکارگر به ترتیب h-1012/0±070/0 و h 100/0±453/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند در بکارگیری این شکارگر در برنامه های مدیریت تلفیقی شته سبزگندم مفید باشد.

بررسی اثر آنتاگونیستی قارچ های اندوفیت جداسازی شده از ریشه جو بر بیمارگرهای Pythium aphanidermatum و Gaeumannomyces graminis با روش کشت متقابل
قارچهای اندوفیت میتوانند عوامل کنترل بیولوژیک کارآمدی باشند. مشاهدات فراوانی وجود دارد که این قارچها از گیاهان در برابر بیمارگرهای ریشه محافظت کردهاند. در این پژوهش اثر همستیزیِ 20 جدایه اندوفیتیِ ریشه جو شامل (یک جدایه) Alternaria alternata، (دو جدایه) Microdochium bolleyi، (چهار جدایه) Fusarium redolens، (یک جدایه) F. monliforme، (دو جدایه) F. tricinctum، (یک جدایه) Bipolaris zeicola، (یک جدایه) Epicoccum nigrum، (یک جدایه) Clonostachys rosea و جنس (شش جدایه) Alternaria sp. و یک جدایهsp. Pleosporales علیه دو قارچ بیمارگر Pythium aphanidermatum و Gaeumannomyces graminis در شرایط آزمایشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تاثیر جدایه های قارچی اندوفیت بر P. aphanidermatum بر اساس گروه-بندی صورت گرفته با استفاده از آزمون دانکن نشان داد که بیشترین درصد بازدارندگی مربوط به A. alternata و Alternaria sp. به میزان 48/59 و 24/57 و کمترین تاثیر مربوط به گونه قارچی Epicoccum nigrum و Fusarium redolens به میزان 92/8 درصد بود. نتایج تاثیر جدایه های قارچی اندوفیت بر G. graminis نیز بر اساس گروهبندی صورت گرفته با استفاده از آزمون دانکن نشان داد که بیشترین درصد بازدارندگی مربوط به Alternaria sp. و F. tricinctum و به میزان 22/72 و 66/71 و درصد بود و جدایه .Pleosporales sp تفاوت معنی داری با شاهد نشان نداد.
