To optimize formulation for the strains, 25% spore crystal mixture of the strain and 75% adjuvants including different fillers, surfactants, materials enhancing durability, anti UV materials, suspensors, wetters, palatability materialsand antimicrobial materials in the framework of 5 statistical treatments were used.Based on the results, the treatment containing milk powder (4%), perlite (6%), irosile (2%), sodium loril sulfate (8%), Alkaline naphthalene (20%), starch (10%), gelatin (9%), sugar (10%), potassium surbate (1%), Casein and gluten (2%), potassium dioxide (3%) and monosodium glutamate (0/2 %) showed maximum suspensibility (73 and 71 %) and wetability (25 and 24%) for YD5 and KH4 strains, respectively, and selected for the next experiments.   The selected formulation for both strains had a white to grey color, 6-7 % moisture content, and pH6.1 and 6.2. Crystals in both formulations were stable whithout any changes during one year. The LC50 of  the selected formulation for YD5 and KH4 strains againstlarvae cotton bollworm and elm leaf beetle was 550 and 510 ng/cm2 leaf, respectively.}, keywords = {Bacillus thuringiensis,Biopesticide,Formulation,Wettable powder}, title_fa = {بهنیه‌سازی ‌‌فرمولاسیون پودر وتابل برای دو سویه بومی باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis}, abstract_fa = {هدف این تحقیق، بهینه‌سازی فرمولاسیون پودر وتابل دو سویة بومی  KH4و YD5باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis برای افزایش کارایی و ماندگاری آن به منظور کنترل آفات پروانه‌ای و سخت‌بال‌پوش بود. دو سویة مذکور در محیط کشت اقتصادی و شرایط بهینه‌شده در فرمانتور غیرپیوسته با غلظت حدود 109×6 اسپور (CFU/mg) تولید شدند. فرمولاسیون مورد استفاده حاوی 25 درصد اسپور و کریستال هرکدام از سویه‌ها و 75 درصد مواد افزودنی با درصد‌های مختلف شامل مواد پرکننده و حجم‌دهنده، سورفاکتنت‌ها، مواد پایدار‌کننده، ضد UV، مواد پخش‌کننده و رطوبت‌دهنده، مواد جذب‌کننده و ترکیبات ضد‌میکروبی در قالب پنج تیمار آماری مختلف استفاده شد. تیمارهای حاوی پودر شیر (4 درصد)، پرلیت (6 درصد)، ایروزیل (2 درصد)، سدیم لوریل سولفات (8 درصد)، آلکیل نفتالین (20 درصد)، نشاسته (10 درصد)، ژلاتین (9 درصد)، شکر (10 درصد)، سوربات پتاسیم (1 درصد)، کازئین (1 درصد)، گلوتن (2 درصد)، پتاسیم دی اکساید (3 درصد) و مونو سدیم گلوتامیت (2/0 درصد) با میزان 73 و 71 درصد سوسپانسیون‌شوندگی و مدت زمان جذب رطوبت به میزان 25 و 24 ثانیه برای دو سویةYD5  و  KH4 انتخاب شد. فرمولاسیون مذکور برای سویة YD5 و KH4 به‌ترتیب دارای محتوای رطوبتی 6 و 7 درصد، اسیدیته 1/6 و 2/6 و دارای بیش از 12 ماه ماندگاری بود. آزمایش‌های زیست‌سنجی نشان داد که LC50فرمولاسیون منتخب سویه‌های YD5 و KH4 بر لاروهای سن یک کرم غوزة پنبه و سوسک برگخوار نارون به‌ترتیب 550 و 510 نانوگرم بر سانتی‌متر مربع برگ است.}, keywords_fa = {پودر وتابل,حشره‌کش بیولوژیک,فرمولاسیون,Bacillus thuringiensis}, url = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_51858.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_51858_4faf35c1dd0c0bd4222c07ef540cb5df.pdf} }
