The re-mating phenomenons have been observed in many ladybirds, too. In current study, the change of proportion of male to female (sex ratio) was used in order to changing of possibility and times of re-mating in Hippodamia variegata. In previous studies it has been indicated that males make up about 50% of this predator’s population. To examine change in sex ratio, one day old and virgin females and males have been used. Treatments included: 10 females without male, 10 females with the presence of 2 males, 10 females with the presence of 4 males, 10 females with the presence of 6 males, 10 females with the presence of 8 males and 10 pairs of females and males together. Number of eggs was counted and recorded for 20 days. Then, effect of the male: female ratio on egg production and hatching rate was evaluated. The results of this research showed that there was no significant difference between treatments about egg production. In other words, decreasing the ratio of male, female have not got any negative effect on female egg production. Evaluating the fertility in different treatments showed that, despite popular perception, the presence of 10 males with 10 females not only did not increase the amount of fertility but also decreased it. This illustrates that incidence of re-mating causes declining female’s fitness. This finding has been discussed from practical point of view.}, keywords = {biological control,Hippodamia variegata,male abundance,mass rearing}, title_fa = {تأثیر نسبت نر به ماده بر میزان زادآوری و باروری کفشدوزک (HippodamiavariegataCol.: Coccinellidae)}, abstract_fa = {بسیاری از حشرات در جریان تولید مثل خود، رفتار تکرار جفت‌گیری دارند. پدیدة تکرار جفت‌گیری در کفشدوزک‌ها نیز مشاهده شده است. در این پژوهش از تغییر نسبت نر به ماده برای تغییر احتمال و دفعات جفت‌گیری دوباره در کفشدوزک GoezeHippodamia variegata استفاده شد. پژوهش‌های پیشین نشان داده است که حدود 50 درصد از جمعیت این شکارگر را نرها تشکیل می‌دهند. برای بررسی تغییر نسبت نر به ماده، از کفشدوزک‌های نر و مادة یک‌روزه و جفت‌گیری‌نکرده استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل 10 ماده بدون حضور نر،10 ماده در کنار 2 نر، 10 ماده در کنار 4 نر، 10 ماده در کنار 6 نر، 10 ماده در کنار 8 نر و 10 جفت نر و ماده در کنار هم، آماده شدند. میزان تخم تولید‌شده طی 20 روز متوالی شمارش و ثبت شد. سپس، تأثیر نسبت نرها در کلنی بر زادآوری و درصد تفریخ تخم‌ها بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد بین تیمارها از نظر میزان تخم‌گذاری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد، به‌عبارت دیگر کم‌کردن نسبت نرها به ماده‌ها در پرورش، تأثیر منفی بر میزان تخم‌گذاری ماده‌ها نداشته است. بررسی میزان تولید تخم بارور در تیمارهای مختلف نشان داد که برخلاف تصور عمومی، وجود 10 نر در کنار 10 ماده، نه تنها سبب افزایش باروری تخم‌ها نشد، بلکه میزان باروری را نسبت به بقیة تیمارها به شکل معنی‌داری کاهش داد. این امر نشان می‌دهد که وقوع جفت‌گیری مکرر باعث کاهش شایستگی ماده‌ها می‌شود. این یافته از جنبة کاربردی نیز بحث شده است.}, keywords_fa = {پرورش انبوه,تخم‌گذاری,زنده‌مانی تخم,فراوانی نرها,کنترل بیولوژیک,Hippodamia variegata}, url = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_51672.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_51672_cb0e123315f544f0c51eac101f02aaaa.pdf} }
