Regarding the compatibility of the biocontrol agents, it showed that antagonists were compatible with each other according to in vitro antibiosis and cell-free metabolite by applying  cellophane test. The interaction of the antagonists in liquid media showed that  the growth of yeast isolates was not affected by the presence of B. subtilis isolates, and then the yeast population increased until the end of the experiment. Results of storage experiments of yeast, bacteria and their mixture indicated that the lesion diameters caused by the biocontrol agents combinations of B2+A5 and B6+A6 treated fruit were 5.23 and7.43mm, respectively, at 20 C° and 3.48 and 3.87 mm for 4 oC respectively, that provided better control than the antagonist alone. The combination of B2+A5 caused an increase in peroxidase activity and  phenolic accumulation showing a maximum level 2 day after pathogen inoculation. This combination decreased catalase activities 4 day after pathogen inoculation. These results indicated that by using antagonist mixtures, it is possible to further of induction of resistance in apple fruits and improving biological control. }, keywords = {Botrytis cinerea,mixture antagonists,gray mold,Peroxidase,catalase and Phenol}, title_fa = {کنترل بیولوژیک کپک خاکستری سیب با استفاده از ترکیب چند جدایه مخمر و باکتریBacillus subtillis و القای پاسخ¬های دفاعی}, abstract_fa = {      دو جدایه مخمر A5 وA4 از گونهCandida membranifuciens  و جدایهA6 از گونهPichia guilliermondii همچنین دو جدایه باکتری B2 و B6 از گونهBacillus subtilis برای کنترل بیماری کپک خاکستری سیب با عامل Pers.:Fr.Botrytis cinerea به صورت انفرادی و مخلوط مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. آزمایش سازگاری مواد بیوکنترل با استفاده از آزمون تولید ترکیبات خارج سلولی به روش سلوفان و کشت همزمان دو آنتاگونیست در محیط کشت جامد نشان داد، جدایه های مخمر با باکتری سازگار میباشند. آزمایش بررسی تقابل آنتاگونیستها در محیط کشت مایع ثابت کرد جمعیت جدایههای مخمر در حضور  جدایههای باکتری بهخوبی تا انتهای آزمایش مشابه کاربرد انفرادی رشد میکنند. نتایج آزمایشات در شرایط انبار نیز نشان داد مخلوط هایB2+A5 وB6+A6 با قطر لکه برابر با 23/5 و 43/7 میلیمتر در دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس و همچنین در دمای 4 درجه سلسیوس بترتیب با ایجاد قطر لکه معادل 48/3 و 87/3 میلی متر، بیشترین کنترل کنندگی را نسبت به دیگر آنتاگونیست ها و مخلوط آن ها دارند. توانایی مخلوط آنتاگونیستی B2+A5 در القای پاسخهای دفاعی در بافت میوه سیب نشان داد این مخلوط دو روز بعد از مایهزنی سبب افزایش فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز و ترکیبات فنلی میشود علاوه بر آن، این مخلوط چهار روز پس از مایهزنی عامل بیماری فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز را کاهش میدهد. مطابق نتایج این پژوهش مخلوط عوامل آنتاگونیست با افزایش القای مقاومت در میوه سیب، سبب بهبود بیوکنترل میگردند.}, keywords_fa = {مخلوط آنتاگونیست ها,کپک خاکستری,پراکسیداز,کاتالاز و فنل}, url = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_32061.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.ut.ac.ir/article_32061_70224cfb5c165dc068edf9ef9b09adff.pdf} }
